Gregory W. K. Chee
Gregory W.K. Chee practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Mr. Chee received his undergraduate degree in history and political science from the University of the Pacific, and was a classmate of Kimo C. Leong at the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1981. Following law school, Mr. Chee clerked for U.S. District Court Judges Walter M. Heen and Samuel P. King. When Judge Heen was named to the State Intermediate Court of Appeals, Mr. Chee followed as his clerk. In 1984, Mr. Chee followed Kimo C. Leong in joining what was then the Law Offices of Carroll S. Taylor.
Mr. Chee passed away suddenly in 2006. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, and his two daughters, Alyssa "Makamae" and Amanda "Pualei", his mother, brother and sister.
